our history
The Impact Gold Organization was started in 1980’s by Dave Hayden and Stoney Burke to provide a place for young softball players to learn, grow, and excel. Throughout the years and with the help of some amazing coaches Tx Impact Gold became the one of the Top Club Ball Teams in the Nation.
In the fall of 2007, KC Jackson became the head coach of Tx Impact Gold and through the next ten years he evolved this one club ball team to one of the largest and most premier softball organizations in the nation. When wearing an Impact Gold uniform, we want you to know you come from a long history of success from thousands of players who come from all over the U.S. Becoming apart of this amazing network of players, coaches, and mentors is a life-long benefit of our great organization.
Our teams are currently located in Arizona, Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. We strive to grow the game and help empower young women to become not only their best on the field but in life.
Impact Gold Organization works to create a positive atmosphere where players can grown, learn and become successful on and off the field.
our mission
Our mission is to provide an unparalleled level of training to our players, coaches and families that ensures the highest level of social and athletic development and growth. We also strive to be accessible for our players, coaches, and parents. Even though on the outside we look like a large organization, we are extremely accessible, we want to share what we know with you.
BE THE IMPACT! is not only our motto but our way of life.. It has as much to do with our view on life, as it does in our accomplishments in softball. We strive to BE THE IMPACT wherever we go. Our goal for each athlete is to make a positive IMPACT in the lives of whoever they meet on or off the field.
Most Importantly, softball only lasts for a short time, but the core values learned during this time will help shape these young women for a lifetime.
